Our contract with the customer

LeaversGear.com Ltd will supply goods to the customer as ordered. However the customised nature of our products must allow for slight variations in print or embroidery designs based on each customer's needs. Should errors in product information or pricing occur, you will be informed of this and asked if you wish to continue with your order.

Designs

Design suggestions on our website are samples only and will be adjusted at our discretion and using our experience to produce a unique design based on the customer's requirements. Should it be necessary to make significant changes to a selected sample design, we will contact the customer to discuss before we move towards production. LeaversGear.com cannot be held responsible for slight variations in layout e.g. size of lettering, spacing of letters, spacing between banners etc.

No such minor variation shall entitle the customer to withdraw from the order or be the subject of any claim against LeaversGear.com by the Purchaser.
All final designs will include a discreet LeaversGear logo for customer reference purposes

The designs on our website www.leaversgear.com are the property and copyright of LeaversGear.com Ltd. Unauthorised copying or use is not permitted.

Manufacturers

LeaversGear.com Ltd will supply garments as described in our website. Leaversgear.com Ltd reserve the right to source such garments from such manufacturers as it sees fit. Repeat customers may request garments from the same manufacturer as a previous order. In this case we will endeavour to comply. If we cannot comply we will discuss with the customer before we move to production.

Name lists

It is the customer's responsibility of provide accurate and legible information in respect of all text in respect of their order. LeaversGear.com cannot accept any responsibility for spelling or other errors. We would ask the customer to take extreme care in name spelling and where a name has an unusual spelling we would ask for it to be spelled a second time (in brackets) to avoid confusion. If we detect an obvious error we will endeavour to contact the customer for clarification but ultimately the responsibility remains with the customer.

Although some instances of names may be split or only appear in part to maintain the integrity of the design and any shape or pattern formed, all names will appear in full at least once on the garment.

Payment

Due to the customised nature of our clothing, no order will move to the production stage until we have received payment in full.

Delivery

Any delivery dates that are given when quoting are an approximation and should only be used as a guideline.

Your order will be dispatched within 28 days of full order placement and payment. While we will endeavour to deliver well inside this time limit we ask our customers to understand that at certain times of the year

LeaversGear.com will be in popular demand which may slow production and dispatch, requiring our full 28 day allowance.

Delivery of the original order is free on orders over £250 in value. Orders under this value will attract administration fees. Subsequent orders for additional similar garments under this value will also attract administration fees. These charges will be informed by an additional invoice which must be paid before production commences.

Minimum order quantities

LeaversGrear.com does not have minimum order quotas. We will even produce one garment. However orders of less than £250 value will administration fees.

Returns

LeaversGear do not give refunds but will re-manufacture the goods to the customer's satisfaction if there is a fault on our behalf.

Re-manufacture will be subject to further charges in any case where the product is defective or incorrect through a fault of the buyer.

As the products we are supplying are customised, we cannot accept any returns on printed or embroidered clothing unless it is a fault on behalf of LeaversGear.com Ltd.

LeaversGear.com Ltd is not responsible for minor variations in size. All sizes quoted are based on manufacturer specification thus some variation may occur. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the correct size is ordered. Under no circumstances can refunds be made for incorrectly sized custom garments.

Returns of faulty items are subject to manufacturers' warranties. Warranties are on a return to base basis, this allows us and our supplier to inspect the goods and take the appropriate course of action. If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.

If your order is received damaged, contact us immediately. Retain original packaging for returning your order and provide details of the problem. We will arrange to replace your order. Refunds are not available.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.

We do not accept the return of unwanted goods. You must inform us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.

Mistakes

By the very nature of our business, mistakes can occur on the odd occasion. E.g. names spelt incorrectly, or wrong size supplied.

Where the mistake is made by LeaversGear.com, we will replace the garment(s) as soon as possible. Refunds are not possible.

Where the customer has made the mistake in ordering we will endeavour to rectify the mistake. In this case the full cost of garment will be payable by the customer and any additional and reasonable administrative or set-up fees as determined by LeaversGear.com
