(Return to top menu - click here) A. No, we can do hoodies for any purpose from sporting clubs through to such important occasions as hen and stag party hoodies. And- we can also do rugby shirts, polos and T shirts. How do I order? (Return to top menu - click here) A. Contacting us by phone or e-mail is always the best way to start the ordering process. Send us your names list via e-mail attachment and we will do the rest. This is a no-obligation service and we do it for free. Can I get a sample hoodie? (Return to top menu - click here) A. We can send sample hoodies for sizing and quality purposes. We can’t send you a printed sample of your customised hoodie but we can send you an image for approval so you will know exactly what your hoodies will look like before you approve your order. What if I don’t like the design you have sent me or I see something I’m not happy about? (Return to top menu - click here) A. We will continue to send you updated images until you are totally satisfied with the design. You will “approve” the design before we start manufacture. Can I order different colours of hoodie? (Return to top menu - click here) A. Of course you can; and at no extra charge. What extras will I have to pay for? (Return to top menu - click here) A. With our free design service, free printing on the back and a free delivery service there are very few extras. We do realise that our customers will often have that extra requirements or special features that they want included. We charge extra for some of these features such as embroidered logos or crest, extra prints on hoodies or individual names or nicknames on each hoodie. These options are fully explained in our pricing. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXTRAS!! The price you see is the price you pay. What are "individual names"? (Return to top menu - click here) A. If you require a different name printed on each hoodie we can do this for a £3.50 (€4..50) charge per hoodie. We will need a names list and the size that each student name requires. Like everything at LeaversGear we would hope we can greet all such special requests with, "Not a problem". Do you have a minimum order policy? (Return to top menu - click here) A. No we don't. We realise that some groups are small and do not require large quantities, so we will produce small orders, but if your order is below £250 (€300) we will charge you a token £50 (€65) set-up, administration and delivery fee. If your order value is close to the £250 (€300) threshold you may consider that ordering an extra hoodie or two may take you beyond the token charge level. I have been through all the designs and can't see exactly what I want. Can you do something special for me and is there an extra charge. (Return to top menu - click here) A. Simply send us a drawing, a photograph, a scribble, anything...as long as it shows us what you want. If you want a simple alteration to one of our existing designs just tell us. If we don't understand, we'll contact you. Extra cost? Don't be silly. If it doesn't involve extra printing there is no extra charge. How long will my hoodies take? (Return to top menu - click here) A. From the time you complete your order with us our target time is 28 days. Generally we will deliver well within this time frame but at busy times (May and June) we may need the full 28 days. What does "complete your order" mean? (Return to top menu - click here) A. To “complete your order” with us you will need to have done the following: • Sent us the your full order requirement • Agreed all artwork (we will have sent you this) • Sent us payment What if I need my hoodies quickly? (Return to top menu - click here) A. Not a problem. Talk to us at an early stage. Sometimes it’s possible to “fast stream” orders for customers. You will need to supply us with all necessary information as soon as possible. We do need you to keep in constant communication with us for the system to work. Can you do....?
